bootybarre is a fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. bootybarre is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the barre.
We focus on proper biomechanics for a safe and well structured class that can be modified for any fitness level. bootybarre was created by celebrity trainer Tracey Mallett in 2009, who has taken bootybarre to over 25 different countries and taught thousands of instructors who now teach bootybarre in studios and spas globally.
Using the STOTT PILATES® principles and Barre exercises incorporates small, isolated movements that fatigue a particular muscle group, while other muscles work to stabilize the body, increasing core strength.
