Welcome to our boutique studio, two well-equipped halls, small class sizes ensure safe and effective workouts. Whether your intention is to change your shape, alleviate pain, improve your game, or just to have a fun and interesting workout, you will find it all here, at Pilates at Weston Town Center.
At Pilates at Weston Town center our instructors focus on your specific fitness needs and goals. Whether you are looking to relieve back pain, increase abdominal strength, get back into working out after rehabilitation or just get back into shape we are here to help you reach your goals. All of our instructors are fully trained in mat and apparatus work and can tailor programs and classes to fit your needs. Our studio is fully equipped with Pilates reformers, wall units, as well as the smaller Pilates’ apparatuses.
At our Pilates studio, we believe your workout begins with the experience you have the moment you walk in the door. Our boutique studio is unique in that we offer smaller class sizes than other studios. With a maximum of six students per class.

Pilates Cardio Barre workout
Pilates Cardio Barre workout, is comprised of a cardio warm-up, an upper-body segment, lower-body segment, and abdominal focus. The workout draws upon the Pilates Barre fundamentals, chiseling every angle of the body in an intense cardio sculpting workout, but with the spring based resistance, the Pilates Barre stick class adds the challenge of Pilates stability, cardio conditioning, and core training.
